I am a franchise holder for another smaller company and I can only totally agree with all that you have said. I am proud of my high standards and will not finish the job until I am satisfied that no more can be achieved. Just how many "favours" are are being given out at the highest levels to allow this dishonesty to continue which results in inflated insurance premiums?
