		<description>Well done guys, your infomation is spot on.  I am a franchise holder for another smaller company and I can only totally agree with all that you have said.  I am proud of my high standards and will not finish the job until I am satisfied that no more can be achieved.  Just how many &quot;favours&quot; are are being given out at the highest levels to allow this dishonesty to continue which results in inflated insurance premiums?  I wish all the honest, good quality, smaller organisations good luck at taking on the &quot;Big Boys&quot;.</description>
